"Ryan is a great personal trainer. I contacted him when I was at the most unhealthy point in my life. I weighed 160 lbs and I'm only 5'5. ... After about a year with him I lost 20 pounds, felt amazing, and looked amazing."

From the bottom of my heart -- I highly recommend Ryan as a personal trainer. There's not enough good things that I can say about him! I'm very grateful for all of the help he has given me. He has really changed my life!

"I've been training with Ryan for over five years. During this time Ryan has always demonstrated professionalism and dedication to his craft. Offering dynamic workouts that fit his clients, avoiding the dreaded 'workout plateau'. He is incredibly flexible with schedules, often accommodating my hectic work/life such that we can fit last minute sessions in. If I had the time (or perhaps willpower,) I'd work out with Ryan four or five days per week. His ability to read his clients and know just how far to push them is something that I've not experienced when working with other trainers. If I had friends that weren't so lazy, I'd want them to train with Ryan. If I had a sister, I'd want her to date Ryan. If I had dogs that weren't mental, I'd want Ryan to walk them. If your'e on the fence, I know he offers good introduction training sessions. Try him out yourself and see what you think!"

I worked out with Ryan for about 4 years. He was very good about changing up my workouts to keep me interested and challenged. I get bored easily, so variety is key. Also, if I am spending the money to train, I don't want to do exercises that I can do on my own. Also, I am a big fan of Adventure travel ( hiking, biking and kayaking, etc), so he really helped me prepare for these trips so that i was consistently at the front of the pack.

"Ryan is the man! I am a first-time trainee that lives an active lifestyle but looking for a way to mix it up in the gym and learn from the pros. Ryan does a great job of mixing cardio, strenth training and muscle building into his workouts. Kudos to Ryan!
