Personal Training Sessions are tailored for your needs.  Your session will usually include Dynamic, Static, Partner Assisted or Yoga for flexibility training. If you are looking to improve sports performance Ryan will include Agility, Plyometric, Reaction Time, Coordination and Balance Training. Most clients looking to change their body composition should expect Circuit Training, Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, TRX Suspension Training, Body-weight training, Interval Training, Resistance Band Training, Boxing or Kickboxing.

Ryan takes some of his sessions outdoors and specializes in TRX suspension training. TRX is suspension training using straps that hang from a tree or tall structure. TRX is a good way to train the body to move in space with assistance balancing. Training with Ryan you will have access to the beautiful La Jolla Colony Park.
